Ecurie des Monceaux has set itself a very clear course of action: The sole aim is to perpetuate the breeding of efficient and "solid" racehorses.
Almost all of the yearlings are presented at Arqana sales in Deauville, only foals reared at stud are offered by Ecurie des Monceaux.
The stud mare is made up of broodmares belonging to the Ecurie des Monceaux and its associates and some to external clients who entrust us with their mares.
The stud farm now covers 340 ha. New barns have been built on the various annexes, favoring ventilation, light and space.
Our foals are fed a tailor-made feed, based on analyzes of the grass and the soil of our pastures.
They are naturally bred by spending most of the time outdoors.
We take special care and monitoring of our pastures through regular grass and soil analyzes, as well as rotating pasture (horses, rests, cattle).
We make our compost on the stud farm, which is then spread on the paddocks. We can thus free ourselves from chemical inputs.
