Paddock

Thanks to late acquisitions, the stud now covers 274 ha. The fields include paddocks around the yards for daily turnout, as well as large 8ha verdant meadows. All of them are surrounded by three-rails fences and hedges by traditional Bocage trees in order to protect horses from wind and rain.

Stables

The stud farm comprises 175 boxes that are split in two main yards, three secondary yards and an isolation barn. A foaling barn includes seven big boxes equipped with video monitors and the foal alert system. Two cattle farms have been recently purshased and transormed into yearling units.

Equipments

The stud has at its disposal a large indoor arena that allows yearlings to be walked, lunged, broken-in and ridden. It also permits foals to stretch their legs during the winter. In addition, a 6-horses walker and a lunging ring complete the pre-training equipments.

In 2014, the owner bought a new farm (Ferme de Saint Pierre), where horses never grazed, only cattles. After one year of work, bulding and fencing, this annex is now available, with 3 barns and 32 ha of paddocks.

The stud is now 282 ha.
